Your propagation technique looks promising!

I think it will work!
Propagation with parted stems works very reliable!

Just a quick update. The shrives have done well and all produced decent rootlets. However, i failed to coat the bottoms of my stem segments with wax, and all of them succumbed to rot. That was totally my mistake, and i take full responsibility.

I don´t think, that the missing wax was the problem!
Maybe it was only bad luck!
