Well, first off, of course Lucky Bamboo has seeds. Here is a picture of one that is flowering. However, unless you live in Cameroon, it is very doubtfull you could get one to grow from seed. You are much better off to just buy a nice arrangement from a florist. The cut stem method is the prefered method of propagation if you live in a cold climate, and by cold i mean any european or north american area.
