You can cut off the brown parts of the thrives or you cut off the whole thrive if the stalks are still green. With a little luck will sprout new thrives from the stalk.
Direct sunlight (outdoor) is not good for the Lucky Bamboo. At a place on a southward window (indoors) a Lucky Bamboo can do very well.
I´m sorry, but there´s no plant food, which can help your Bamboo in this condition. But if the stalks are still green, you´ve a good chance that it will survive.
