Hello sailor!
First of all, you should be sure, that you´re logged in before you wirte a posting. Please read also this Posting!
Reproducing the Lucky Bamboo is of course possible, but in climatic zones like in Europe or North America it will be very difficult and takes a long time (I think years).
I don´t know the clime in Argentina, but I think it´s not really like a rainforest.
Lucky Bamboos are generally raised in South-East-Asia were it´s really warm and moist. And about the propagation there´s also another secret, which is very good kept by the producers of this plant. (This site is only made for disclosing this secret! I hope you will join the search! )
I have “googled” and found some suppliers, which are sending Lucky Bamboo plants also to Argentina, but the shipping costs are more than unacceptable. Did you ask your gardener next door about this plant? I´m sure that this popular plant is also available in Argentina.
You´ve got a good chance, that someone from Argentina read your question on this board and can help you, but it can take some weeks. So please, be patient!
If there´s really no chance to get the “Dracaena Sanderiana” in Argentina, I will buy it in Europe and send it to if there are no problems with the customs in Europe or South America.
Maybe you can inform me about sending plants from Austria to Argentina? |
